Dear Neighbor,
It's another busy week of meetings and I just want to pass along a reminder of what is on tap in the next couple of days as we conduct listening sessions in the area.
Tuesday, Feb 9
Rep. Josh Heintzeman and I invite parents and child care providers to attend a listening to discuss the challenges of accessing child care in Greater Minnesota. Rep. Mary Franson, R-Alexandria, chairs the newly formed Select Committee on Affordable Childcare and will be in attendance.
Wednesday, Feb. 10
Sen. Carrie Ruud and I have scheduled three more informal listening sessions to meet with local folks and receive input prior to the 2016 legislative session starting in March. This follows three previous town hall meetings we hosted last week and here is the itinerary:

9-10 a.m. – Hill City (Ruthie's Restaurant)

11-12 a.m. – Palisade (Palisade Cafe)

1-2 p.m. – McGregor (Fireside Inn)
