Dear Neighbor,
On behalf of the Vogel family, I would like to send you and yours wishes for a merry Christmas and a happy New Year. This is a nice time of year to spend extra time with loved ones and I hope you are able to do so.
One item of business I would like to briefly address is that a number of new state laws take effect this January. One change people will want to know about is we now will be required to present proof of insurance at the DMV in order to receive new registration tabs. Minnesota previously had this law, but it was taken off the books for a number of years. The intent in bringing it back is to reduce the number of uninsured motorists on our roads.
