ST. PAUL, Minn. – State Rep. Jenifer Loon (R-Eden Prairie), and Sen. David Hann (R-Eden Prairie) will host a joint town hall meeting on Saturday, January 23, 2016. Area residents are invited to attend. The informal meeting will cover topics for the upcoming 2016 legislative session including tax relief and the latest budget forecast, as well as give citizens a chance to share their input.
"This town hall provides a wonderful opportunity to discuss what is happening at the legislature, and hear directly from people about their priorities for state government," said Rep. Loon. "I welcome and encourage members of our community to attend!"
Sen. Hann added, “Tax relief and transportation funding are already at the forefront of the discussion in 2016. I’m interested to hear residents’ opinions on these topics, and more, as we prepare for the legislative session.”
