SAINT PAUL, MN – Tomorrow, HF 1180 will be before the House Transportation and Regional Governance Policy Committee. The bill would prohibit the use of cellular devices while driving and operating a vehicle. Representatives Uglem and Hornstein are sponsoring the legislation.
