ST. PAUL, MN—Representative Tara Mack, R-Apple Valley, Chair of the House Health and Human Services Reform Committee, issued the following statement regarding today's Minnesota Sex Offender Program Ruling by Judge Donovan Frank.
"Our top priority remains keeping Minnesota families safe. We believe the Minnesota Sex Offender Program is constitutional, and support efforts by the Governor and Attorney General to seek an appeal and stay of the judge's ruling."
