SAINT PAUL, MN – State Representative Sandra Masin and Senator Jim Carlson will be holding a Pre-Session Town Hall Meeting on Saturday, February 27th. The meeting with focus on legislative priorities for the 2016 legislative session. Rep. Masin and Sen. Carlson will respond to constituent questions at the meeting.
