SAINT PAUL, MN – On Saturday, Rep. David Dill (DFL-Crane Lake) passed after battling cancer. Rep. Dill had served 13 years in the Minnesota House at the time of his passing. As tireless advocate for his constituents and the people of Minnesota, Rep. Dill was respected and well-liked by members of both parties.
Rep. Raymond Dehn (DFL-Minneapolis) released the following statement:
“He was a person who was not afraid of challenging colleagues when he differed from them and willing to support them when he shared their views. The people of Northeastern Minnesota will miss him at the Capitol, as will all of us who were fortunate to serve with him. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife Tucky and his son Drake.”
