One of my favorite parts of my role as your State Representative is the opportunity to visit local businesses and hear their concerns, learning how I can help them grow and better serve you and your family.
Today, I visited Pioneer Midwest, an outdoor enthusiast store that serves our community as they explore the wilderness by canoe, kayak, ski or snowboard. It was great to meet these young business owners and learn more about the great work they do to prepare Maple Grove and Osseo residents to brave the great outdoors.
As you consider your family’s summer trips, stop into this local business to talk to owner Adam Johnson and explore the goods they sell to equip you for your next great adventure.
As we enjoy the summer weather, consider attending one of the great events in our community! This Saturday, June 20th, our community will be home to two great celebrations. You and your family can enjoy children’s crafts, music, and entertainment at the 2015 KidStock at Arbor Lakes from 10:00am-2:00pm. Afterwards, consider swinging by the Osseo Fire Station, where the Osseo Fire Department will be hosting their 100 year celebration from 3:30-7:00pm.
