ST. PAUL— Today, Governor Mark Dayton gave his state of the state address. Representative Clark Johnson (DFL- North Mankato) released the following statement:
“Governor Dayton laid out a clear vision for Minnesota,” said Rep. Johnson. “We need to think beyond what is right in front of us and beyond the next election. Minnesota needs a long-term, comprehensive transportation plan with constitutionally dedicated funding. Highway 14 is a clear need for our area of the state, but every community has transportation needs. We need a plan that funds all of them. Let’s be smart, come together and make Minnesota strong.
