Another round of "office hours" meetings

Dear Neighbor,

We have scheduled another round of “office hours” meetings this Saturday (Oct. 1) in Montgomery, Le Center and Elysian. All District 25A residents are welcome to attend.

Sen. Al DeKruif and I met with folks during office hourse events in Arlington, Henderson, Le Sueur and Cleveland last weekend and received some very valuable input from local folks. We keep these discussions low-key and are open to talking about practically anything. Budget-related issues seem to be at the front of people’s minds and I continue to welcome ideas for how our state can operate more efficiently.

While walk-ups are welcome to this Saturday’s office hours meetings, appointments are preferred and can be made by calling (651) 296-8891. We try to schedule people into 15-minute blocks.

Here’s the schedule for Saturday:

MONTGOMERY
8 to 9:30 a.m. – Montgomery City Hall, 201 Ash Ave. SW

LE CENTER
10 to 11:30 a.m. – Le Center City Hall, 10 W. Tyrone St.

ELYSIAN/WATERVILLE AREA
1 to 3 p.m. – Elysian Tourism Center, 300 3rd St. SW
