EMAIL UPDATE

Special session happening

Dear Neighbor,

I am at the Capitol today, participating in a special session called by the governor so we can put a budget in place for the next two years and stop this state shutdown.

We are discussing/debating a dozen bills pertaining to state finances and I anticipate we will be working well into the night (or into the morning) to finish. I am still sorting through the details of these bills and look forward to sharing more thoughts on these in the near future.
