Dear Neighbor,

Our state revenue is projected to be 8.8 percent higher in 2012-13, but Minnesota's spending is projected to rise by 29 percent in the same span. That is the crux of the budget-setting challenge we are working to resolve at the Capitol and here is the link to a short video where I provide my perspective on the issues.
