GRUENHAGEN ADJUSTS SCHEDULE FOR ROUND 2 OF TOWN HALL MEETINGS

ST. PAUL – State Rep. Glenn Gruenhagen, R-Glencoe, has made slight adjustments to the starting times of his District 25A town hall meetings scheduled for March 5.

The changes impact the last two meetings on his three-town swing; those meetings will now start at the Hilltop Hall in Montgomery at 10:30 a.m. and at Schumacher’s in New Prague at noon. The day’s first meeting – at The Branch in LeSueur – remains slated for a 9 a.m. start.

“Things went well during my first series of meetings this month, but we felt a little crunched for time and felt some adjustments were necessary to help us accommodate all the folks who attend the meetings,” Gruenhagen said. “The input I received during the last round of town halls was very helpful and we had a wide range of opinions within the four groups. We spent a lot of our time talking about budget issues and how important it is for us to bring forward reform so our government can live within its means.”

Revised town hall schedule:
Saturday, March 5
9 – 9:45 a.m., The Branch, LeSueur (206 Valley Green Square)
10:30 – 11:15 a.m., Hilltop Hall, Montgomery (201 First St. S.)
Noon – 12:45 p.m., Schumacher’s, New Prague (212 Main St. W.)
