LETTER TO THE EDITOR

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE BLAINE ATHLETIC TEAMS


To the Editor,

I would like to extend congratulations to the hardworking athletes in Blaine that made it to the State Tournaments this year.

The girls’ basketball team made a great run to the State Tournament. Led by Coach Steve Reiter the team had a great post season run to win the Section 7AAAA championship. They gave it their all in the state tournament as well.

Congratulations are also in order to the Boys’ Hockey coaches and team for their third place finish in the state hockey tournament! Led by a great group of seniors, they played hard all the way to the end. Their 24-3-1 and record is something they can be proud of!
