AREA LEGISLATORS INVITE PUBLIC TO TOWN HALL MEETING

ST. PAUL – All three state legislators who represent District 42 are hosting a 2011 session wrap-up town hall meeting.

Sen. David Hann, and Reps. Jenifer Loon and Kirk Stensrud welcome local citizens to join them in an informal setting. The event will be 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, in the Eden Prairie Library’s large meeting room, 565 Prairie Center Dr.

The discussion will focus on top issues the Legislature faced during the regular 2011 session and the recently completed special session. The three legislators will provide their perspective on what has taken place so far this year and also take a look at what is ahead.
