DISTRICT 20 ROAD PROJECTS ANNOUNCED
Dear Neighbors,
I am pleased to announce the following list of projects in our district that have been designated by the Minnesota Department of Transportation for completion over the next three years. Some of these are made possible with funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, while others are funded with state dollars.
2009 Construction:
TH 75, Mill & Overlay from Graceville to Ortonville, $5.1 million
TH 7, Mill and Overlay from TH 75 to Appleton, $7 million
TH 7, 119, 9, 29, Guardrail Replacement Project, $300 thousand
2010 Construction:
TH 9, Mill & Overlay from Benson to the Pope/Stevens Co Line, $4.8 million
2011 Construction:
TH 7, Bit mill and overlay from TH 28 to Big Stone Co. Rd. 53, $1.649 million
2012 Construction:
TH 12, Replacing Bridge 6456 over the Minnesota River, $2.5 million
