Session reaches midway point
Dear Neighbor,
I wish you and yours a blessed Easter/Passover holiday.
I have had some extra time to meet with people in the district this week, since the House is in recess to recognize the holidays. Included was a meeting with Alexandria Echo editor Al Edenloff, where House Minority Leader Kurt Daudt from Crown and Rep. Mary Franson of Alexandria also were on hand.
Much of the discussion centered on taxes and the economy and how decisions made in St. Paul could affect businesses and families throughout the state.
The 2013 session is now approximately half complete. Here is a quick video where I provide a midway report.
