THANK A VETERAN THIS TUESDAY
Greetings from the Capitol!
Thank you for your continued support. It is an honor that I accept with great thanks and a pledge to continue working hard on your behalf.
It is appropriate for us to celebrate our Veterans a week after our elections. As we embark upon the 44th time our nation has seen a peaceful transfer of power from one administration to the next, we can thank our Veterans for their sacrifice both past and present in these events. These brave men and women have inspired generations and have secured the freedoms we have, and sometimes take for granted.

On Thursday, November 13th Century College will be dedicating their new Veterans’ Center at the West Campus Main Commons. I will be the featured speaker for this event, which will be held from 1 – 3 p.m. This event is open to the public and I invite you all to come.
I hope you will join me on Tuesday to take some time, attend a Veterans Day event in the community, and thank a Veteran for their service to our country.
