Rep. Tom Anzelc participates in Governor Dayton’s “Working for Minnesota Jobs” discussion with Essar Steel and Magnetation
Today, State Representative Tom Anzelc (DFL- Balsam Township) joined Governor Mark Dayton, IRRRB Commissioner Tony Sertich, and Essar Steel and Mangnetation, Inc. officials at a “Working for Minnesota Jobs” roundtable discussion at the NRRI Coleraine Minerals Research Laboratory.
Rep. Anzelc issued the following news statement on the meeting:
“I would like to express my gratitude to Governor Dayton for coming to the Iron Range today to discuss how we can develop more high quality jobs in northern Minnesota. It is important that we continue working together to strengthen the public-private partnership needed to make this happen. The DFL Iron Range legislative delegation, which I chair, is ready to forge ahead in developing and enhancing this partnership in order to create more good jobs in the taconite mining industry.”
