ST. PAUL--State Representative Joyce Peppin, R-Rogers, announces she will hold several listening sessions across District 32A. The purpose of the meetings is for area residents to share with Peppin their questions and concerns about state government.
"I invite everyone to come and let me know what issues they believe the legislature should address," said Peppin. "I will be there to listen and to gather feedback from constituents so that I can better represent them in St. Paul."
District 32A includes the communities of Cocoran, Dayton, Greenfield, Hanover, Rogers, Hassan Township, and southwestern Maple Grove.
The first round of listening sessions will be held on Saturday, February 12. The first session will be from 8:30 until 10:00 a.m. at the Maple Grove Community Center. The second will be at the Dayton Town Hall from 10:30 until noon, and the third session will be from 1:30 until 3:00 p.m. at the House of Beans at 12908 Main Street in Rogers.
Listening sessions will be held in other communities at a later date and will be announced soon. Residents may also stay updated on Peppin’s listening sessions by visiting her website at www.house.mn/32A.
Joining Peppin at the Maple Grove meeting will be State Representative Kurt Zellers, R-Maple Grove.
