St. Paul - State Representative Matt Dean (R-Dellwood) took the oath of office today at the State Capitol. This will be Dean’s second term serving in the Minnesota House of Representatives.
“It is a privilege to be able to continue my work here in the Minnesota House,” Dean said. “The 2007 session promises to be an important one. We will deliberate policy vital to our state’s future in the areas of health care, education, and jobs. I will continue to advocate for smart legislation that serves the needs of our district.”
Dean will serve on four House committees in the upcoming legislative biennium:
• Capital Investment Finance Division;
• Health Care and Human Services Finance Division;
• Minnesota Heritage Finance Division;
• Ways and Means.
