ZELLERS TAKES OATH OF OFFICE FOR A THIRD TERM IN THE MINNESOTA HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
ST. PAUL - Rep. Kurt Zellers (R- Maple Grove) was sworn into office today for a third term as the 85th Legislature was officially convened.
“Serving in the state legislature is an important job and I’m honored to be able to represent my community for a third term,” Zellers said. “There are many vital issues that will come before the legislature in the next several months, and I am hopeful that we can work together to do what’s best for Minnesota.”
Zellers, an Assistant Republican Leader, will serve on four House committees:
• Commerce and Labor;
• Public Safety Finance Division;
• State Government Finance Division;
• Taxes.
