House DFL Elects Assistant Leaders
Saint Paul, Minnesota – The House DFL caucus added members to their leadership team this morning with the election of assistant majority leaders. Seven assistant leaders were elected and they represent communities across the state.
"I am excited to work with our leadership team, which includes excellent legislators from across the state," said Speaker-designate Paul Thissen. "Our task is to govern well and these leaders will help us move forward."
"Our assistant leaders will bring a diverse set of perspectives and skills to our shared efforts to tackle the tough challenges facing our state," said House Majority Leader Erin Murphy. "We are ready to get to work."
The new assistant leaders for the House DFL majority include:

State Representative Diane Loeffler (DFL-Minneapolis)
