REP. MICHAEL PAYMAR TO SERVE ON KEY HOUSE COMMITTEES
Representative Michael Paymar was sworn in to his fifth term representing Highland Park and portions of the Macalester-Groveland Community as the 84th Legislative Session convened on January 4, 2005.
Paymar will be serving on three key House committees. He was appointed lead Democrat of the Public Safety Policy and Finance Committee. He was also appointed to serve on the Local Government Committee and is a new member of the powerful Ways & Means Committee. Paymar was also re-elected Chair of the Saint Paul Legislative Delegation, which will be responsible for getting St. Paul capital projects in the Bonding Bill.
