NORNES INVITES PUBLIC TO RESPOND TO SESSION SURVEY
ST. PAUL - As the 2006 Legislative approaches, Rep. Bud Nornes (R-Fergus Falls) wants to know how the public feels about several issues that will be making news at the Capitol.
“Hearing from people about the important issues facing the Legislature is very important,” Nornes said. “It will be a short session, but we’ll be discussing tough topics such as eminent domain, identity theft and sexual offenders. I’m interested to know how you feel about these issues, so please respond.”
Nornes’s 2006 Legislative Questionnaire will be inserted in an upcoming edition of the Fergus Falls Journal. Once completed, it can be mailed directly to Nornes.
“I plan to let you know the results of my survey in a future column,” Nornes said. “I can also e-mail you a copy. Send me your e-mail address at rep.bud.nornes@house.mn and I’ll get you the results when ready.”
