E-Update

FOUR ANTI-CONSUMER BILLS VETOED

Thank God for Governor Dayton.

As you know, one of my passions is consumer protection. The Republicans passed four bills that were very anti-consumer. They would have greatly hindered consumers and small businesses who wanted to seek to have their rights enforced through the court system. I was one of the three lead speakers against them. (I've worked against consumer fraud more than any other legislator.) The attorney who lobbied for consumer rights thanked me for my speeches against them.
