REP. JOHNSON RECOGNIZES ST. PAUL TEACHERS

(ST. PAUL) – State Representative Sheldon Johnson (DFL-St. Paul) recognized the many contributions made by teachers on Teacher Appreciation Day and released the following statement.

“St. Paul’s public schools are great places for kids to learn. The teachers at my local schools are dedicated professionals committed to their students. My kids are the great adults they are today in large part due to teachers who nurtured their passions, interests and curiosity.

“In the east side of St. Paul, we have effective and dedicated teachers from early childhood through high school and the university level. My thanks and admiration go to the people who can manage a class full of hungry minds day after day and year after year."
