LETTER TO THE EDITOR

CONGRATULATIONS TO MR. JAMIE HILYAR ON RECEIVING GRANT FUNDING

To The Editor,

I would like to publicly congratulate Mr. Jamie Hilyar on being awarded a grant from the Education Minnesota Foundation for Excellence in Teaching and Learning for his project titled Team Quest Field Trips.

This project will provide a special field trip to Camp Friendship for high school students who suffer from emotional behavioral disorder. The field trip will build confidence and decision making skills in the students through physical challenges. It will be a great opportunity for these students. They are truly blessed to have Mr. Hilyar

Mr. Hilyar truly is dedicated to the students at Elk River Senior High School. It is individuals like him who go the extra mile to contribute to the success of our young people. Our community is fortunate to have such a person serving amongst us.

Again my sincere congratulations go out to Mr. Hilyar on being awarded this grant and best wishes for the project’s success.
