REP. DAVIDS ANNOUNCES SUMMER ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
ST. PAUL – State Representative Greg Davids (R-Preston) is pleased to report that three area roads will soon receive some overdue improvements.
“One of my major concerns is that many of our roads are in disrepair,” Davids said. “I’ve worked hard to ensure that Highway 52 is a top legislative priority, and I’m pleased two stretches of this roadway will soon receive some attention.”
The first is a mill and overlay project on Highway 52 from Fountain to Chatfield. On the second project, MnDOT will work through the City of Chatfield on a Highway 52 overlay project that extends from Chatfield to Marion, or the intersection of Interstate 90. The third overlay project will extend from Chatfield to Cummingsville on Highway 30.
Davids expects the road construction projects to begin this summer.
