Adult Prison Population by Offense and Gender

As of July 1, 2010, there were 9,650 adults in state correctional facilities.

Adults under Community Supervision

As of December 31, 2009, there were 126,882 adults under community supervision. Supervision is provided by the state (Department of Corrections), Community Corrections Act (CCA), or county probation officers (CPO).
