Overview

This bill authorizes the state to sell and issue an unspecified amount of general obligation bonds to acquire and install a wind generator on either the campus of the Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf or the campus of the Minnesota State Academy for the Blind.  The academies for the deaf and the blind are residential academies located in Faribault serving approximately 50 students at the Minnesota State Academy for the Blind and 130 students at the Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf.

Minnesota State Academies; wind generator.  Authorizes the state to sell and issue an unspecified amount of general obligation bonds to acquire and install a wind generator on either the campus of the Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf or the campus of the Minnesota State Academy for the Blind.  Appropriates the amounts necessary for the project from the state bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of administration.
