Overview

This bill deletes obsolete language relating to a human trafficking report due to the legislature from the commissioner of public safety by September 1, 2006.  It also amends the commissioner’s requirement to gather, compile, and publish statewide data on human trafficking on an annual basis and changes it to every three years.
