1	Restricted construction or modification.  Amends § 144.551, subd. 1.  Permits the construction of a specialty psychiatric hospital in western Hennepin County for up to 20 beds and exclusively for patients under the age of 21 years.  Requires the hospital to serve patients enrolled in Medical Assistance.
