Overview

This act involves church benefits boards.  They are organizations formed to administer or fund retirement plans for employees of a church or group of churches.  They are described more fully in subdivision 5 of the act.

Section
1	Church benefits board as trustee.  The new subdivision 6 of this existing law permits a church benefits board to act as a trustee of a trust.
