Section
1	Definitions.  Adds § 325F.172.  Defines key terms for purposes of this act. Provides an immediate effective date.
2	Bisphenol-A in children’s products.  Adds § 325F.173.  Prohibits the sale of children’s products that contain bisphenol-A (BPA) beginning January 1, 2010, for manufacturers and beginning January 1, 2011, for retailers.  Specifies that this section does not apply to the sale of used children’s products. Provides an immediate effective date.
