Overview

Chapter 35 makes changes to the bioscience business development public infrastructure grant program administered by the Department of Employment and Economic Development and funded with state general obligation bond funds.

Section
1	Definitions; bioscience business development public infrastructure grant program. Expands the list of eligible local government entities for the grant program funded with bond proceeds, by including public higher education institutions and the Board of Regents.
2	Grant program established. Clarifies that the local government matching funds for the bioscience business development public infrastructure grant must be from other sources.
