This act makes conforming changes to a provision enacted in 2008 related to decals issued under the international fuel tax agreement (IFTA) program.  It modifies a decal fee to be the amount set in statute, which is $2.50 for two decals, and repeals the fee amount previously set in administrative rules.  IFTA is a program for collection and allocation of fuel taxes for motor carriers that operate across multiple states or countries.
