Overview

Modifies the regulation of boiler operations.

Section
1	Exceptions.  Amends the list of exemptions to the boiler inspection and licensure law to include steam powered turbines at papermaking facilities powered by steam coming from any steam facility at a remote location.  Current law provides the exemption to steam turbines at papermaking facilities that are powered by steam generated by municipal steam district facilities at a remote location.
