CONFERENCE COMMITTEE REPORTS. SF2484 (Tomassoni) Motor vehicles required to be driven in the right-hand lane. SF3023 (Workman) Motor vehicle registration and titling provisions, and interstate commercial vehicle registration modified; federal regulations conformity provided; recreational vehicle combinations extended; and school bus stop signal activation modified.
