Images from the House Photo Use Policy

House Public Information Services maintains a library of digital images
of people and events of the Minnesota House of Representatives and the State
Capitol. These photographic images are made available to members of the
public.
Use policy: Photos may be downloaded or printed from a web browser for
personal, non-commercial use with the following limitations:
- Images may not be digitally altered in any way, including extreme cropping.
- The following credits must used: Copyright Minnesota House of Representatives. Photo by (photographer’s name).
- Images may not be sold or used in any way for profit or commercial purposes, including use in a commercial or professional website or printed materials.
- Images may not be used to suggest endorsement by the Minnesota House
of Representatives for a product, service, person, issue or cause.
Acquiring images:
- Images may be downloaded from a web browser.
- High-resolution images are available and, upon request, sent to the requestor as a JPG via email.
