Representative Simon, Chair of Data Practices Subcommittee, called the meeting to order at 8:35am on February 5, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Discussion proceeded on
HF5 (Atkins) Minnesota Insurance Marketplace established, powers and duties prescribed, right to not participate established, and money appropriated. The bill was not in the possession of the subcommittee at the time of the meeting.
