Representative Carlson, Chair of the Ways and Means Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:10 A.M. on Friday, April 26, 2013, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Chair Carlson moved that
SF489, Second Engrossment, be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.
Chair Carlson moved to amend
SF489, Second Engrossment, by deleting everything after the enacting clause and inserting the language of
HF629, First Engrossment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Carlson moved to amend
SF489, Second Engrossment, as amended. (See attached amendment H0629-5A). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
