Representative Erhardt, Chair of the Transportation Policy Committee called the meeting to order on March 13th 2013 at 2:20 PM in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep.Hornstein moved approval of the minutes from the meeting of Wednesday, March 12th, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Chair Erhardt moved HF751:

HF751(Mariani) St. Paul; Central Station on the Central Corridor light rail transit line skyway access requirements established.

Rep. Clark presented HF348(Clark) Driver's license application procedures and requirements modified.

Chair Erhardt moved to amend HF348 (see attached H0348A3). THE MOTION PREVAILS. THE AMENDMENT IS ADOPTED.

Rep. Dorholt presented HF1332(Dorholt) Motor vehicle weight limits amended relating to idle reduction technology.
