MINUTES
Representative Erhardt, Chair of the Transportation Policy Committee, called the meeting to order on Tuesday, February 5th, 2013 at 2:20 PM in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The committee legislative assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dorholt moved approval of the minutes from Tuesday, January 29, 2013 and Wednesday, January 30, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
HF146 (Howe) Trunk Highway 23 designated as Officer Tom Decker Memorial Highway.
Representative Runbeck moved that
HF146 be recommended to pass.
