TRANSPORTATION POLICY COMMITTEE
MINUTES
Representative Erhardt, Chair of the Transportation Policy Committee, called the meeting to order on January 29th, 2013 at 2:23 PM in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Selcer moved approval of the minutes from January 23rd and January 24th. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
The Metropolitan Airports Commission Overview: Operating Seven Airports in the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area, presented by:
Jeff Hamiel, Executive Director and CEO of The Metropolitan Airports Commission
There was a discussion of the FAA rule changes governing the take off and landings to the North of the airport. The following individuals testified:

The meeting was adjourned at 3:45 PM.
