Representative Hornstein, Chair of Committee on Transportation Finance, called the meeting to order at 10:05 AM on February 27, 2013 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative M. Benson moved HF226 (Norton) Roads with statewide or regional significance and local bridges spending authorized, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Representative M. Benson moved the H0226A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED. (See attached amendment)

Chair Hornstein moved HF465 (Benson, J.) Interstate Highway 494 additional lane funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
