Representative Jim Davnie, Chair of Property and Local Tax Division, called the meeting to order at 4:11 P.M. March 20, 2013, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Hertaus moved that the minutes from March 19, 2013, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
