Representative Jim Davnie, Chair of Property and Local Tax Division, called the meeting to order at 4:05 P.M. February 12, 2013 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Mahoney moved that the minutes from February 6, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
HF55 (Sundin) Carlton County annual tax levy for cemetery purposes authorized.
Representative Nelson moved
HF55 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Division Report.
Representative Nelson moved the A13-0029 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Davnie laid over
HF55, as amended, for possible inclusion in the Division Report.
HF205 (Loeffler) Hennepin and Ramsey Counties; authority to impose a mortgage and deed tax expiration amended.
Representative Loeffler moved that
HF205 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Division Report.
Representative Loeffler moved the H0205A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
