MINUTES
Representative Jim Davnie, Chair of Property and Local Tax Division, called the meeting to order at 4:01P.M. January 29, 2013 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present
Representative Carlson moved that the minutes from January 23, 2013, be approved. The motion prevailed and the minutes were adopted.
Commissioner Myron Frans and Eric Willette, both with the Minnesota Department of Revenue, presented an overview of Governor Dayton's budget proposal.
Questions by committee members were answered by the presenters over the course of the presentation.
Several committee members commented on the impact the governor's property tax rebate proposal will have on taxpayers.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:26 P.M.
