Representative Lenczewski, Chair of Committee on Taxes, called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m. January 23rd in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Katherine Schill, Joel Michael, Andrew Biggerstaff and Pat Dalton continued a background briefing and fiscal analysis on Minnesota taxes.
Beau Berentson testified on behalf of the Association of Minnesota Counties regarding Minnesota taxes.
Questions of the committee were answered by Katherine Schill, Joel Michael, Andrew Biggerstaff and Pat Dalton.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:04 p.m.
